Hello! This is me, the face behind the ‘The Mortgage Fixer’. I am a specialist intermediary with over two decades of industry experience. I started my financial services career in a banking call centre at age 17 and have worn many hats since then including mortgage underwriter, underwriting team leader and customer relations manager. I have been a mortgage adviser since 2015, initially in a branch setting for one of the UK’s ‘Big Five’ banks, then as a whole of market adviser at some fantastic small brokerages in Edinburgh, Glasgow and Fife. These roles gave me the necessary skills and expertise to set up my own firm where I can now confidently manage the property finance needs of my clients without distraction.
